Flower Care Instructions

To help your flowers stay fresh for as long as possible:

Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water.
Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
Change the water every 2–3 days.
Trim the stems by 1–2 cm every few days to improve water absorption.
Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, as it can shorten their lifespan.

Cake Care Instructions

To maintain the freshness and quality of your cake:

Store the cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Refrigerate cakes containing fresh cream, dairy fillings, or fresh fruit.
Keep the cake in its box or an airtight container when not being served.
Allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.
Consume the cake within 2–3 days of delivery for optimal freshness.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only if we have made an error with your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if there is an issue.
Once an order has been prepared and is ready for delivery, it cannot be changed or exchanged.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or customer ordering errors.
