To help your flowers stay fresh for as long as possible:

• Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water.
• Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline.
• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
• Change the water every 2–3 days.
• Trim the stems by 1–2 cm every few days to improve water absorption.
• Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, as it can shorten their lifespan.

Cake Care Instructions

To maintain the freshness and quality of your cake:

• Store the cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Refrigerate cakes containing fresh cream, dairy fillings, or fresh fruit.
• Keep the cake in its box or an airtight container when not being served.
• Allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.
• Consume the cake within 2–3 days of delivery for optimal freshness.

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only if we have made an error with your order.
• Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if there is an issue.
• Once an order has been prepared and is ready for delivery, it cannot be changed or exchanged.
