• Trim the stems by 1–2 cm every few days to improve water absorption.
• Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, as it can shorten their lifespan.

• Refrigerate cakes containing fresh cream, dairy fillings, or fresh fruit.

• Allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.
• Consume the cake within 2–3 days of delivery for optimal freshness.
