Cake Care Instructions
To maintain the freshness and quality of your cake:
- Store the cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Refrigerate cakes containing fresh cream, dairy fillings, or fresh fruit.
- Keep the cake in its box or an airtight container when not being served.
- Allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.
- Consume the cake within 2–3 days of delivery for optimal freshness.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only if we have made an error with your order.
- Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if there is an issue.
- Once an order has been prepared and is ready for delivery, it cannot be changed or exchanged.
