We have the right to make any part of a bouquet or arrangement interchangeable with one of equal or greater value and quality in order to maintain the overall theme and color scheme as closely as possible.

5. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of an electronic or other form of order confirmation by you does not constitute our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell. We further reserve the right at any time after we receive your order to accept or reject your order for any reason.
  • Payment Methods: Debit and credit Visa or MasterCard cards in AED will be accepted as payment.
  • Price and Currency: The viewed price and currency on checkout page, will be same price and currency on Transaction Receipt and amount charged to card will be in your card currency.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Service Area: We offer same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed deliveries.
  • Failed Delivery: In case, at the time of delivery, there is no one available, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact them. If delivery is not possible, you can leave the order at reception or leave with a neighbor or take it back to our outlet. If this order is brought back to us, you might be charged with a re-delivery charge.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders for same-day delivery should be cancelled not less than 4 hours before the scheduled time of delivery. Delivery orders in the future can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Returns and Refunds: Owing to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not entertained. Refund or replacement will be provided only if the flowers delivered are severely damaged or incorrect. Please inform us within 4 hours of delivery with pictorial evidence of the defect
